Return/Cancellation Policy

Order Return / Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately as of Jan. 2020, payment processors are no longer returning fees to the vendor gathered from payment processing, so we will be charging a 5% cancellation / restocking fee on all cancelled, or returned orders to cover our fees that are no longer being returned to us. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Order Cancellation (prior to shipment):
If you need to cancel an order please let us know. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive a refund of the purchase price minus a 5% cancellation fee.

Returning an item that has been received already:
If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can return it in the original box with all of the original packaging material, as well as included items such as hardware, and install instructions for a refund of the purchase price of the item minus a 5% restocking fee that was paid WITHIN 30 DAYS of receiving the item. If you would like us to provide a return shipping label, the cost of the return shipping will also be deducted from your refund. Please contact us to let us know you are sending it back so we know to watch for it and can process a refund. (This applies to all JACFAB brand products, all non JACFAB brand product returns/refunds are non returnable as they are typically special ordered, and non-stocked items, BNR item returns are subject to BNR's discretion)

Returning of funds received:
Depending on how you originally paid for your order time for returned funds will vary. Please allow up to 5-7 business days typically to see your funds credited to wherever the payment originated from.
