While the JacFab ported LGX intake manifold has not officially been dyno tested yet, every single customer has been happy and reported much improved throttle response, and a noticeable increase in seat of the pants performance.
Our intakes are filled to reduce air flow turbulence inside the plenum and increase velocity. We also smooth out the runner transitions on the bottom side and help out the dreaded short side radius.
We only start with NEW GM intake manifolds and modify from there. Due to the amount of filler needed to really make these shine in the flow department, we will not be accepting used manifold (send in's) as the oil residue is hard to get out of the entire manifold and guarantee good adhesion. This is a outright purchase of a NEW GM intake manifold, there is no core charge, do not send us back your stock manifold!
THIS PORTED INTAKE MANIFOLD WILL NOT WORK WITH A NORMAL THROTTLE BODY SPACER!!! (Airaid, etc)
This ported intake manifold will work with all available throttle bodies! (Stock, Overkill bolt-on 80mm, V-max, Solar 72/"76"mm, and Solar 80/"84"mm (with their adapter plate) )
